Property management

CASARO's property management services are performed together and under the supervision of Weiss and Son Company, which was established in 1977 in Vienna. This company now operates in Vienna, Antwerp and Budapest. Weiss & Son manages thousands of apartments, office buildings, industrial compounds and hotels. It is one of the oldest and most highly reputed management companies in Europe to date.

Property maintenance

CASARO's maintenance team comprises of five employed professionals in different fields (plumber, electrician, carpenter, wall-painter, cleaning personnel.) in addition to outside contractors who are readily available to answer emergency calls within 6 hours, with high priority to gas or water leaks. The emergency call center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Rentals

CASARO currently manages over 270 apartments in the city of Budapest, several office buildings (floor area spanning 8,000 m2) and some 12,000 m2 of warehouses outside Budapest. Our clients enjoy a high occupancy rate in comparison to the average level in the Hungarian market (an estimated 82% residential, 90% offices and 100% warehouses). CASARO is contractually connected to large organizations, factories and universities who make up a large portion of its year-round clientele. Due to high demand CASARO regularly advertises in local papers in search of apartments for rent to satisfy this demand.

Bookkeeping & accounting

All bookkeeping and accounting is done at the company offices and includes the turning in of all balance reports to tax authorities in Hungary.
