עבודתו הייתה אמורה להסתיים- על פי בקשתו â בחודש אפריל 2010, ופגישת סיכום עם מנהלי החברה נקבעה ל 7-04-2010.
ערן שלזינגר ניצל היעדרות של מנהלי החברה מהונגריה על מנת לזייף מסמכים של החברה, לחתום בשם המהנלים על מסמכים שונים כולל הזמנות עבודה לאÂ מאושרות ולגנוב מקופת החברה כספים.
מעבר לכך בדירה שהועמדה לרשותו השאיר ערן שלזינגר חובות רבים בגין תשלומי חשמל / גז ומים, גנב מהדירה ציוד וגרם נזקים רבים.
בבדיקה שנערכה התברר כי ערן שלזינגר גנב ממשרדי החברה מסמכים ודוחו"ת אשר בהם איים לעשות שימוש כנגד החברה ומנהליה במידה וידרשו ממנו להחזיר את הכספים שנטל שלא כדין.
החברה הגישה כנגד ערן תלונה פילית למשטרת הונגריה אשר נמצאת בחקירה, כמו כן נפתח כנגדו הליך ביחידה לחקירות הונאה של משטרת ישראל והליך של שלילת רשיון רואה חשבון בלשכת רואי החשבון שבמשרד המשפטים. העתקי התלונות מצורפות למסמך זה
כל מי ששוקל להעסיק את ערן שלזינגר שם את כספו וסודותיו המקצועיים על קרן הצבי בידיו של אדם אשר התברר לנו כי נהג באופן דומה גם אצל מעסיקים אחרים

Eran Slezinger CPA worked for Casaro Hungary Ltd in Budapest from January 9007 until april 2010 as a financial manager, he has asked to terminate his employment in the company on april 2010
During the absence of the company managers from Budapest and before his departure from Hungary Eran Slezinger forged the managing directors signature on company documents , including documents in which he ordered services for his private use on behalf of the company, stole money from the company accounts and escaped Hungary.
During an inspection that took place after his escape it turned out that as the company CFO Eran Slezinger stole several documents from the company Office which he threatened to use to Blackmail the company if it will try to collect the funds that were stolen from it.
The company made a complain to the Hungarian police, the unit for investigation of fraud crimes with the Israeli police and also started the procedure of disqualification of Eran Slezinger as a CPA with the chamber of CPA attached to the Israeli ministry of justice
Anyone choosing to employ Eran Slezinger will be placing his money as well as professional assets at risk in the hand of a person which already committed this felony more then once
