COMPANY OVERVIEW
Casaro Hungary Kft is a Hungarian company, which is active in the Central Eastern Europe real estate market since 1999.
The company started its activity as a real estate office, specializes in offering comprehensive real estate solutions to local and foreign investors. During the last 4 years the company acts mainly as a developer of residential and commercial properties.
Casaro plans for 2009 are to expand its activity in the following sectors:
- Residential projects outside of Budapest, Pecs and Dunaujvaros.
- Commercial projects in the country side in Hungary - Esztergom, Cegled, Szombathely, Dunaujvaros (all this locations are in advanced negotiation stages).
- Residential and commercial activity in Slovakia and Romania.
Casaro Hungary office is arranged to support the following activities:
SALES DEPARTMENT
The company sales department is headed by a senior sales person managing 3 sales persons. The sales office, besides selling the company projects is acting as a regular real estate office offering properties for sale related to third parties.
The senior sales person is also in charge of liaising with outside agents in respect of letting of commercial spaces.
TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
The technical department is headed by a civil engineer with more then 30 years of experience.
Each project is managed by a dedicated project manager; in addition the company hired an in house architect to assist with design and on-site planning issues.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
The company property management department is dealing today with managing properties - apartments, offices and retail spaces bought by foreign investors in Budapest.
In addition out team is responsible for the facility management in our residential and commercial projects.
FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT
The company financial department is headed by an Israeli CPA with 3.5 years of experience in Hungarian real estate market; the department contains three accountants who are responsible for the bookkeeping and reporting of Casaro Group companies. For tax issues we are using the services of KPMG and E&Y accounting firms.

• Planning of the "Yad Eliyahu" sport stadium with a capacity of 15,000 people• Planning of schools, theater, public buildings and residential projects

• Working since 1974 as a building contractor and developer• Project developed in Israel:
-3,500 apartments including 200 - 600 apartments - neighborhoods (including infrastructure works)
• Public buildings:
-Schools in Rishon le Zion, Tel Aviv and Modi in
-Ashkelon University
Commercial projects
• 1974 - 8,000 m2 light industry building - Nes Ziona• 1976 - 45,000 m2 light industry building - Rishon Le Zion - the first one in Israel built with using of pre fabricated elements
• More then 200,000 m2 of retail, office and industrial buildings (part as developer and part as contractor)
Construction experience in Europe
• Germany - restoration of old building for residential purpose, more then 500 apartments in Wuppertal, Dusseldorf and Dortmund• Cyprus - 75 units - family houses project
• Romania - Constanta - change of usage of agricultural land to residential - 22 Ha, 405 plots
Shlomi Shlomovitz - MD
• Graduate of economy and business administration, Bar Ilan University (ISR)• Certified Computer programmer and system analyst by the Israeli Army computer Unit Experience
• Owner and manager of a company which dealt with importing of special paints for the building industry to Israel, employing 24 employees, the company was sold to Tambour Ltd - Israel biggest paint manufacture
• Owner and Manager of a construction company , execution of 250 apartments in 3 different projects in Israel (turn key contractor)
• Working in Hungary since 2001, resident in Hungary since 2003
